Kick-ups, also known as keepie-uppies, are a soccer skill where a player keeps a ball airborne by repeatedly kicking it with their feet and controlling it using various parts of their body, such as the thighs, shoulders, and head. This skill is commonly used for warm-up exercises, skill-building, and entertainment purposes. The record for the most consecutive kick-ups is held by Dan Magness, who performed 10,010 kicks in a row in 2008. Kick-ups require significant skill, balance, and coordination, as well as practice, focus, and determination.
